Propane Filling Station Bridgewater

The West Nova Propane Bridgewater office has the facilities and technicians for refilling propane tanks from 5-100lbs on site. As our technicians complete our daily installation work and are away from the plant, the refilling station generally only operates on a drop-off and pick-up by the end of the same day basis.

Propane refills on a while-you-wait basis for 10-60lb cylinders can be provided by the Petro-Canada service station located on North Street in Bridgewater. Thier bulk filling plant is equipped with our propane and operates standard service station hours under a full bulk filling license.

Our employed gas technicians are qualified to re-certify propane cylinders at our plant on a drop-off basis. This process involves valve replacement and full tank inspection.

Ask the Experts

Should I leave my pilot light running when I am not using the stove/fireplace?

During the fall and winter months when the fireplace is most in demand, even though electronic ignition systems allow for the turn off/on of the pilot with ease, in our climate it can be very risky to let the unit sit stagnant in regards to cold weather and increased moisture which enter through the fresh air portion of the venting at all times. Don't forget, without your pilot light the inside of your unit is the same temperature as the outside! Over exposure to these temperatures can cause the pilot to seize and fail when you really need it the most.
